Please notify the OIS admissions team and the head of school, Johanne, of your plans to withdraw. Do so by completing, scanning, and emailing the below withdrawal form(s) to the office. Receiving the form(s) by the OIS office formalises the withdrawal and begins the three-month withdrawal period. Withdrawal notice is not official until this form is completed and received by the OIS office.
This form must be completed and signed by all custody holders.

Families must pay school fees for three months after notice for withdrawal is officially given. If you time this with the last three months of your child's schooling at OIS, then there are no fees additional to these three months of tuition. If you notify us two months before your exit, you will still be billed for the third month. The fee-free month of July does not count toward one of these three months.
Therefore, the last date to notify of withdrawal to avoid school fees for the upcoming school year is 31 March.
School fees are due only 11 months of the year, August–June, July is fee-free.
Example Scenarios
A: Notice is given in March that the student will move to a new school after the summer holiday. OIS school fees will be required for April, May, and June.
B: Notice is given in April that the student will move to a new school after the summer holiday. OIS school fees will be required for May, June, and August.
C: Notice is given in November that the student will move to a new school in January. OIS school fees will be required for December, January, and February.
Progress Reports
You will only have access to ManageBac until your child's last day at OIS. After that day, your ManageBac account will no longer be active, and you will not be able to access your child's progress reports. Please be sure to log in and download your digital copies before your child's last day at OIS.
